Welcome to LaunchPike, a SaaS boilerplate and starter-kit platform operated by Eyes of Wonder Software LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “LaunchPike”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at https://launchpike.org and any related software, repositories, documentation, or integrations (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LaunchPike. If under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the Services only under the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

By using LaunchPike, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the minimum age requirement;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms; and
• You are not subject to trade or export restrictions (including OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions).

We may suspend or terminate access if false eligibility information is provided.

2. Description of Services

LaunchPike provides a pre-built Software-as-a-Service starter kit for developers. It includes essential components such as authentication, payments, database setup, email sending, analytics integration, file uploads, and configuration management, allowing developers to quickly deploy production-ready SaaS products.

LaunchPike is originally derived from opensaas.sh, an open-source project distributed under the MIT License, which permits reuse and modification with proper attribution. Eyes of Wonder Software LLC has lawfully incorporated, extended, and enhanced that base code with proprietary components, integrations, and optimizations, including but not limited to UniBee integration, structural improvements, and platform-specific documentation (collectively, the “LaunchPike Modifications”).

While portions of the underlying source code may remain available under the MIT License, all LaunchPike Modifications, branding, documentation, website content, integrations, and distinctive implementations are owned exclusively by Eyes of Wonder Software LLC and are not open-source. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse any such proprietary enhancements, trade names, or marks without our prior written consent.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• LaunchPike is provided “as is” without warranties of fitness, merchantability, or non-infringement;
• Eyes of Wonder Software LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by the original authors of opensaas.sh and bears no responsibility for the maintenance or performance of that project;
• LaunchPike does not host or process end-user data or applications directly; and
• All use, development, or deployment based on LaunchPike code, including modifications or integration with your own systems — is at your sole risk and responsibility.

3. Access and Use

At the moment, no registration or user account is required. Users access LaunchPike by visiting https://launchpike.org, selecting “Launch Now,” reviewing documentation, and optionally accessing the open GitHub repository.

You agree not to:

• Use LaunchPike in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights;
• Introduce malicious code, malware, or perform security attacks;
• Use LaunchPike or its repository for harmful or defamatory purposes;
• Misrepresent ownership of LaunchPike code or trademarks; or
• Reverse-engineer or copy proprietary enhancements without authorization.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials available through LaunchPike—including trademarks, content, and proprietary modifications, remain the exclusive property of Eyes of Wonder Software LLC.

You may use the open-source components of LaunchPike under the terms of their respective licenses (e.g., MIT License for opensaas.sh). You retain ownership of any custom code or applications you develop using LaunchPike.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of LaunchPike or its derivative codebases.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

LaunchPike is provided “as-is” and “as-available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of LaunchPike;
• Compatibility with all systems or environments;
• Continuous or error-free operation; or
• Fitness for any particular purpose.

You use LaunchPike entirely at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eyes of Wonder Software LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, business opportunity, or goodwill.

In any case, our total liability shall not exceed USD 100 (one hundred United States Dollars) or the amount you paid (if any) for the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to LaunchPike if required by law or if misuse is detected. You may discontinue using LaunchPike at any time. These Terms survive termination to the extent necessary to enforce rights and obligations already accrued.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Any disputes arising from or relating to LaunchPike shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes may be indicated by updating the “Last Updated” date or posting a notice on our website. Continued use of LaunchPike after updates constitutes acceptance.
